Basically this "little" piece of legislation would make it illegal to own a firearm - any rifle with a clip or ANY pistol unless:
It is registered.
You are fingerprinted.
You supply a current Driver's License.
You supply your Social Security #.
Each update - change or ownership through private or public sale must be reported and costs $25- Failure to do so you automatically lose the right to own a firearm and are subject up to a year in jail. There is a child provision clause on page 16 section 305 stating a child-access provision. Guns must be locked and inaccessible to any child under 18.
The Government would have the right to come and inspect that you are storing your gun safely away from accessibility to children and fine is punishable for up to 5 yrs. in prison.

NEW DELHI – U.S. officials "firmly believe" that al-Qaida leaders who planned and carried out the terrorist attacks of Sept. 11, 2001, are hiding in Pakistan near its border with Afghanistan, U.S. Secretary of State Hillary Rodham Clinton said Monday.
At a news conference concluding three days of meetings, Clinton said Washington has told the Pakistani government what it believes about the location of al-Qaida leaders on its soil.
"With respect to the location of those who were part of the planning and execution of the attack of 9/11 against our country, we firmly believe that a significant number of them are in the border area of Pakistan," she said when asked about the U.S. view.
"We are actively looking for additional information that would lead us to them," she added.
The Pakistani government denies that al-Qaida leader Osama bin Laden and his senior lieutenants are hiding on its territory.
Bin Laden is believed to have fled into Pakistan from Afghanistan weeks after the U.S. military invaded Afghanistan in October 2001 in retaliation for the 9/11 attacks.

Intercessory prayer news: Minister defends praying for bad things to happen to foes.
Ever since Pastor Wiley Drake declared not once, but three times, on national radio that he was praying for the death of President Barack Obama, he has been trying to clarify. Yes, he really does want God to smite Obama. No, it's not a partisan prayer. Yes, it's in the Bible, he says, and no, he wasn't kidding. He's deadly serious.
But it's not like a non-stop death prayer. He explains:
"That doesn't mean I spend every waking hour praying for the death of the president. Of our prayers, 98 percent should be good prayers, and 2 percent should be imprecatory."

So, if you're a typical Christian who pray for three hours per day, 3.6 minutes of that prayer time should be devoted to praying for Obama's death. That's not asking much, is it?

The Holy Grail
The first thing I did this morning after leaving the house was to drive the 25 miles to Turlock and pick up the primers Stan had put back for me.
When he reached into his desk and pulled them out, I damned near wept. It was better than Christmas.
They cost me 60 some-odd bucks and change after taxes, but I would've given him $100 at this point.

She saw a sea of blank faces, except for Little Johnny a bright Navajo Indian boy, who had his hand up: "Patrick Henry, 1775" he said.
"Very good! Who said, 'Government of the People, by the People, for the People, shall not perish from the Earth?'"
Again, no response except from Little Johnny, "Abraham Lincoln, 1863."
The teacher snapped at the class, "Class, you should be ashamed, Little Johnny knows more about history than you do."
At that point, a student in the back said, "I'm gonna puke"
The teacher glares around and asks, "All right!!! Now who said that?"
Little Johnny says, "George Bush to the Japanese Prime Minister, 1991."
Now furious, another student yells, "Oh yeah? Suck this!"
Little Johnny jumps out of his chair waving his hand and shouts to the teacher , "Bill Clinton, to Monica Lewinsky, 1997!"
Now with almost mob hysteria someone said "You little shit. If you say anything else, I'll kill you."
Little Johnny frantically yells at the top of his voice, "Michael Jackson to the child witnesses testifying against him- 2004."
The teacher started getting out the detention slips.
And as the class gathered around the teacher , someone said, "Oh shit, We're screwed!"
