Down at Maxwell AFB, back in the 70s, some clever lad had taped an index card over the long 'communal' urinal trough; neatly lettered, it said, "Please Do NOT Drop Cigarette Butts or Cigar Butts in Urinal. It makes them soggy and hard to light."
