Ever notice that the greats of jazz & blues, and even early R&R, from the 1930s to the late 50s,alwyas dressed nicely in public? I mean, for the most part - pomaded hair, spiffy clothes, cool shoes... and since the 90s, it's clothes that fall down to the knees, hats that are never in the right position, just generally looking like a shit-for-brains street punk or homeless guy, or the girls dress like whores? And the "music"!
    WTF happened???

  3. Well, we can look at it this way, one day we'll be able to look back on all of the hip-hop and rap-crap and damn, will we have a really good laugh!! It will be better than looking back on the late 70's and 80's when disco was out... I'm still giggling over that shit!

  4. They changed their format to the lowest common denominator so their "music" would sell to the illiterate thugs our inner-city schools are turning out.
If you ever watched Cab Calloway in "The Blues Brothers", you've seen one really class act!

  5. Slobyskya, it's simple comrade. It's Ebonic Evolution into Devolution. You bring the aborigine out of the bush, educate them, show them western culture and inovation, give them equal rights and opportunity. At first it seems that it will work. Then, the genetics of pre-disposed moral behavior and intellect predelection naturally emerge....
In other words, "you can take the nigga out of the jungle, but you can't take the jungle out of the nigga".
