Dick's is a dick

Woody mentioned this to me sometime last week and Stuart sent me the link tonight:

In a move that potentially may spark a class action lawsuit, Dick’s Sporting Goods is refusing to fill orders for guns that were paid for weeks ago.
Russell Kellner of Flower Mound, Texas said he and his wife bought three Troy Defense Carbine Semi-Automatic Rifles on Black Friday at a cost of $799 each, a $300 dollar discount.
“It was a heck of a deal,” said Kellner. They received two of them, but were then notified by Dick’s on Christmas Eve, that no more orders would be fulfilled.
Dick’s announced a week before Christmas it was suspending sales of modern sporting rifles in all stores, out of respect for the victims of the Connecticut massacre.
The store has issued refunds and added a $100 gift card for the inconvenience, but Troy Blackall, who paid for two of the Troy Carbines at Dick’s and only received one says, “It’s unacceptable.”
“The guns have doubled and tripled in price now. So it’s not like we can get our money back and buy the guns someplace else,” Blackall said.
CBS DFW also reports that the manufacturer of the guns, Troy industries is “deeply dismayed and shocked that Dick’s stopped selling its rifle”, and that millions of dollars were invested after selecting Dick’s as the sole distributor of this particular rifle.

I think this is a little strange - when I was shopping for a Mini-14 a year or so ago I found one at a decent price at Big 5 but decided to go right across the street to Dick's to see if they could give me a better deal. When I got in there, I didn't see a single semi-auto rifle other than a couple 22LRs at all. They had bolt actions, they had single shots and lever actions but not a single solitary center fire semi-auto rifle.
Fuck 'em anyways. I think the only thing I ever bought in there was some Quik-Clot for my Git Kit and I have no reason to go back there now - I just scored some Combat Gauze on Amazon for 15 bucks, 20 with shipping.

And he/she votes......

I walked into the mini-mart for my morning paper today and instead of Lalo, the regular clerk, Roy was there with a paper spread on the counter, reading it.
"Morning Roy, just how in the fuck are you today?"
"I'm... I'm... I'm just SO upset!" he says.
I could tell by the way he was fretting about that he was a little distraught.
"Calm down, man. What happened?" I wasn't really interested but hey......
"The one person I wanted to run for president in 2013 won't be running!"
Okay, now he/she's got my full attention. President in 2013? "Is that right? Who would that be?"
"Hillary! She's in the hospital with a blood clot in her head! Oh, I'm just SO angry......."
I just shook my head, tossed a dollar on the counter, told him/her to keep the change and got the fuck out of there before I told him/her had every right to be angry because the education system has failed him miserably. President in 2013?
On the other hand, Roy's hair looked wonderful this morning.

Dianne Feinstein: “If I could have gotten 51 votes in the Senate of the United States, for an outright ban, picking up [every gun]… Mr. and Mrs. America, turn ‘em all in.”

For the video, go HERE

Senator Dianne Feinstein’s ultimate plan has always been to have Mr. and Mrs. America turn in their guns to the government, period. Feinstein has admitted that the bill is about gun confiscation.
She tells us a gun ban is about saving the children and reducing crime, but her comments on 60 Minutes in 1995 reveal her true plan is to disarm the American people.
On Thursday, Feinstein will introduced her dream bill to disarm the American people. The legislation is open-ended and includes provisions to re-register firearms and submit the fingerprints of law-abiding Americans as if they’re sex offenders.
Feinstein’s bill will also include a buy-back provision that will allow the government to confiscate all firearms. Both Feinstein and New York governor Andrew Cuomo have said that is their plan.
It is a gun confiscation bill.
The proposed bill is open declaration of war on the Second Amendment.
It’s no coincidence that the communist Chinese, the biggest holders of U.S. debt, have demanded the American people be disarmed. It is the simple action of the authoritarian.

That's fucked up, man......

Not that it'll make any difference

Got this from Tom a minute ago:

BREAKING NEWS – Hawaii state registrar Alvin Onaka has publicly certified to AZ SOS Ken Bennett that Barack Obama’s HI birth certificate is legally non-valid and the White House image is a forgery.

Click on the green shit for the story.

Quit sweating the small shit

Man, my goddamned inbox is filling faster than I can empty it about this proposed gun law, that gun law, this senator and this congressman and ohmygoodness whatever are we going to do?

Well, if you consider yourself to be a Patriot, why in the fuck are you even worrying about unconstitutional gun laws? Do you plan on obeying them, or what? If you're going to let some shithead career politician that hasn't read the Constitution since high school dictate your Rights and your way of life to you, maybe you should rethink your III position.

Everybody's running down and buying all the soon-to-be-banned guns and ammo they can find and are now worrying about the fact that they may "have" to register them later. Well, no shit - you knew that was going to happen and now you're worrying about it?

Ask yourself a question and give yourself an honest answer:
Are you buying these guns just because everybody else is or are you buying them because you're going to make a stand and say "FUCK YOU" to the feds (or state) when they tell you to register them so they know where to come get them later?
No comments, please. Those questions were for you to ask yourself. I already know what my fucking answer is.

Lee III just sent me this concerning this post. I'm adding it because I think it's pretty damned appropriate for the times.

Time to dig in and stack magazines, men.

President Obama on Sunday said he would make gun control a priority in his new term, pledging to put his “full weight” behind passing new restrictions on firearms in 2013.
“I'm going to be putting forward a package and I'm going to be putting my full weight behind it,” Obama said in an interview aired on NBC’s “Meet the Press.” “I'm going to be making an argument to the American people about why this is important and why we have to do everything we can to make sure that something like what happened at Sandy Hook Elementary does not happen again.”

Dumbass North Koreans

Kim Jung Un had NO military experience whatsoever before Daddy made him a four-star general in the military. This is a snot-nose twerp who has never accomplished anything in his life that would even come close to military leadership: he hasn't even so much as led a Cub Scout troop, coached a sports team or commanded a military platoon. So guess what---next they make him the "beloved leader" of North Korea. Terrific!

Oh, crap! I'm sorry. I just remembered that we did the same thing here in the USA . We took an arrogant community organizer who has never worn a uniform and made him Commander-in-Chief; a guy who has never had a real job, worked on a budget or led anything more than an ACORN demonstration, and made him the leader of the USA.
I'm sorry I brought this up. Never mind.

I've been that fucked up before

Just wondering......

I'm wondering just how many local cops as well as FBI, DHS, ATF and other assorted federal bullies are having second thoughts about being on the front lines of gun confiscation considering the amounts of firearms and ammo being bought in the past few weeks.
Not to mention the military who will be thrown into the mix. Remember, they are federal troops. My own little brother is in the army but do you think I would hestitate to kill him if he backs the government instead of the Republic?
A month or two ago it was just us radicals that they had to worry about - now they've got a whole Nation that's arming themselves to fight back. They're not buying all those weapons for target shooting, Ms Feinstein.
We now outnumber the motherfuckers by a huge margin and you've pissed us off.
Read the post below this one.

American Insurrection

america is an armed society.
every year a huge number of americans take to the woods in pursuit of deer, elk and other critters of the fur, feathers and flesh persuasion. and, if you read hunting magazines and gun magazines, you will well recognize that they are armed with very sophisticated weapons, in some measure, such as optics and ballistic aids, the rival of the most modern military organizations.
so, say that america erupts in rebellion against the gun confiscation measures being cooked up by obama and minions, apparently to be spearheaded in congress by the likes of pelosi, reid, feinstein and others of that ilk. senator feinsteins pronouncements relative to her legislative aims include words like "confiscation," and "registration," long despised and detested words among pro-gun americans.
if she wanted to "press some buttons," she's pressed some buttons.
what can we view as the likely model of american insurrection?
well, it won't be along the lines of major tank battles on open terrain, such as witnessed recently in the middle east. syrians, iraqis, egyptians, hezbollah and hamas have proved it foolhardy to go up against the modern armor of the west, principally the armies of the u.s. and israel.
fighting modern armies on open terrain is a rather foolhardy proposition, unless you are the top of the military food chain.
no, i believe that the model of conflict in the middle east as we have witnessed the last several years during the "arab spring" and other insurrections provides the proper intellectual modality to anticipate the outlines of such conflict by civilians against an established and entrenched regime.

An interesting article to say the least and one I agree with.

Timing is everything

I've gotten a few emails over the past few months concerning caching arms and ammo as well as other sensitive equipment and supplies - how deep to bury them, how to camouflage the sites, how to prepare the items, etc.
Boys, this ain't the time to be burying them - now's the time to be digging them up. They ain't gonna do you a bit of fucking good buried in the ground hundreds of yards away when the cops are stacking up outside your door.
Dig them up, load them and be ready for the Dark Times coming.

Gotta be gay

Please leave. PLEASE.

Found this article by that despicable piece of shit Piers Morgan and laughed my way through it, amazed that a supposedly educated man can ramble on about something he knows absolutely nothing about - guns and our Constitution.
Oh, at one point about halfway through he claims he knows about guns because of his relative's credentials but he starts off the article saying he's only fired guns once in his life - 'Magnum 45s' and such. That's like me saying because I changed my own oil once and my brother's a mechanic I know all about auto mechanics.
Anyways, I'm giving you the first paragraph and the last two. I strongly suggest you have a couple of good stiff drinks or smoke a joint and be prepared to laugh your ass off at this idiot's bullshit.
The rest you can read for yourself HERE

*****

I have fired guns only once in my life, on a stag party to the Czech capital Prague a few years ago when part of the itinerary included a trip to an indoor shooting range. For three hours, our group were let loose on everything from Magnum 45 handguns and Glock pistols, to high-powered ‘sniper’ rifles and pump-action shotguns.

Blah blah blah.......

In conclusion, I can spare those Americans who want me deported a lot of effort by saying this: If you don’t change your gun laws to at least try to stop this relentless tidal wave of murderous carnage, then you don’t have to worry about deporting me.
Although I love the country as a second home and one that has treated me incredibly well, I would, as a concerned parent first – and latterly, of a one-year-old daughter who may attend an American elementary school like Sandy Hook in three years’ time – seriously consider deporting myself.

Ants and grasshoppers, man.

No, I do not have any "spare" ammo for sale. No, I do not have any ammo to loan (as if I'd ever get it back) and no, I don't have any firearms for sale or loan either.
No.

I've been telling you motherfuckers for months and months to stock up on ammo, even telling you how to do it on the cheap by buying one box per week. Had you done that for a year, you'd have over 1000 rounds of ammo right now. One fucking box a week - ten bucks - but you didn't do it. But now that it can't be had you expect me to dip into my supplies and cheerfully hand over mine? Fuuuuck you.

You couldn't afford to buy a box a week? Seriously? You could afford to buy beer every weekend though, right? What about that $60,000 car you're driving? Sure is a big-ass TV you're watching although I think 60 inches is a bit big for your house. Let's not forget about that Benelli shotgun you just had to have even though a Remington shoots just as true. And damn, does your 14 year old kid really need an iPhone and $100 pre-ripped pants? Really? I hope your vacation in Cabo was nice and enjoyable.

And you thought my priorities were fucked up.

By the way, remember this post when the economy dies and your food runs out, yeah?

The entire Nation: FUCK. YOU. OBAMA. AND. FEINSTEIN.

NEW YORK (AP) — The phones at Red's Trading Post wouldn't stop ringing. Would-be customers from as far away as New York wanted to know if the Twin Falls, Idaho gun shop had firearms in stock. Others clamored to find out if their orders had been shipped.
Overwhelmed, gun store manager Ryan Horsley had to do what no employee would ever think of doing just days before Christmas: He disconnected the phone lines for three whole days.
"We had to shut everything off," says Horsley, whose family has owned Red's Trading Post, the state's oldest gun shop, since 1936. "We were swamped in the store and online."
The phones at gun shops across the country are ringing off the hook. Demand for firearms, ammunition and bulletproof gear has surged since the Dec. 14 massacre in Newtown, Conn., that took the lives of 20 schoolchildren and six teachers and administrators. The shooting sparked calls for tighter gun control measures, especially for military-style assault weapons like the ones used in Newtown and in the Aurora, Colo., movie theater shooting earlier this year. The prospect of a possible weapons ban has sent gun enthusiasts into a panic and sparked a frenzy of buying at stores and gun dealers nationwide.
Assault rifles are sold out across the country. Rounds of .223 bullets, like those used in the AR-15 type Bushmaster rifle used in Newtown, are scarce. Stores are struggling to restock their shelves. Gun and ammunition makers are telling retailers they will have to wait months to get more.
Store owners who have been in the business for years say they have never seen demand like this before.
When asked how much sales have increased in the past few weeks, Horsley just laughed.
"We haven't even had a chance to look at it," he says. Horsley spends his days calling manufacturers around the country trying to buy more items for the store. Mainly, they tell him he has to wait.
Franklin Armory, a firearm maker in Morgan Hill, Calif., is telling dealers that it will take six months to fulfill their orders. The company plans to hire more workers and buy more machines to catch up, says Franklin Armory's President Jay Jacobson.

Uh huh. And how many of these new owners are going to rush down and register them when y'all pass laws saying we have to register our 'grandfathered' weapons? I bet you don't see near the rush - matter of fact I bet there won't even be a line to do so.
As long as we're playing the guessing game, how many folks do you think are going to hand them over peacefully when you come to collect them because they aren't registered? Personally I don't care if you have a prybar or a badge, if you're trying to take something of mine you're nothing but a fucking thief and will treated as such.

They just don't learn

NEW YORK (Reuters) - A suburban New York newspaper that sparked an uproar among gun enthusiasts by publishing names and addresses of residents holding pistol permits is now planning to publish even more identities of permit-toting locals.
Further names and addresses will be added as they become available to a map originally published on December 24 in the White Plains, New York-based Journal News, the newspaper said.
The original map listed thousands of pistol permit holders in suburban Westchester and Rockland counties just north of New York City.
Along with an article entitled "The gun owner next door: What you don't know about the weapons in your neighborhood," the map was compiled in response to the December 14 shooting deaths of 26 children and adults in Newtown, Connecticut, editors of the Gannett Corp.-owned newspaper said.
The next batch of names will be permit holders in suburban Putnam County, New York, where the county clerk told the newspaper it is still compiling information.

For thee, not for me

A week ago on NBC’s Meet the Press, David Gregory brandished on screen a high-capacity magazine. To most media experts, a “high-capacity magazine” means an ad-stuffed double issue of Vanity Fair with the triple-page perfume-scented pullouts. But apparently in America’s gun-nut gun culture of gun-crazed gun kooks, it’s something else entirely, and it was this latter kind that Mr. Gregory produced in order to taunt Wayne LaPierre of the NRA. As the poster child for America’s gun-crazed gun-kook gun culture, Mr. LaPierre would probably have been more scared by the host waving around a headily perfumed Vanity Fair. But that was merely NBC’s first miscalculation. It seems a high-capacity magazine is illegal in the District of Columbia, and the flagrant breach of D.C. gun laws is now under investigation by the police.
This is, declared NYU professor Jay Rosen, “the dumbest media story of 2012.” Why? Because, as CNN’s Howard Kurtz breezily put it, everybody knows David Gregory wasn’t “planning to commit any crimes.”
So what? Neither are the overwhelming majority of his fellow high-capacity-magazine-owning Americans. Yet they’re expected to know, as they drive around visiting friends and family over Christmas, the various and contradictory gun laws in different jurisdictions. Ignorantia juris non excusat is one of the oldest concepts in civilized society: Ignorance of the law is no excuse. Back when there was a modest and proportionate number of laws, that was just about doable. But in today’s America there are laws against everything, and any one of us at any time is unknowingly in breach of dozens of them. And in this case NBC were informed by the D.C. police that it would be illegal to show the thing on TV, and they went ahead and did it anyway.

73 traitorous sons of bitches

Civil rights campaigners voiced dismay on Friday over the US Senate's re-authorization of the government's warrantless surveillance program, and the defeat of two amendments that would have provided for basic oversight of the eavesdropping.
The Senate voted 73-23 to extend the law, called the Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Act Amendments Act, for five years. The House of Representatives has already passed the measure, which President Obama has said he will sign.
But while the program was extended as expected, campaigners saw a silver lining in that the vote was closer than when the legislation was first introduced in 2008.
"We're incredibly disappointed, not just that it passed, but that they rejected some very moderate amendments that wouldn't have interfered with the collection of intelligence," said Michelle Richardson, an ACLU expert on surveillance issues.
An amendment by senator Jeff Merkley of Oregon would have required the secret court that oversees surveillance requests to disclose "important rulings of law." It failed 37-54. An amendment by Merkley's fellow Oregon Democrat Ron Wyden would have required the government to estimate the number of US citizens it had spied on. It fell by a narrower margin, 43-52.

Hey Feinstein - GO FUCK YOURSELF!!!!!

Summary of 2013 legislation

Following is a summary of the 2013 legislation:
  • Bans the sale, transfer, importation, or manufacturing of:
    • 120 specifically-named firearms;
    • Certain other semiautomatic rifles, handguns, shotguns that can accept a detachable magazine and have one or more military characteristics; and
    • Semiautomatic rifles and handguns with a fixed magazine that can accept more than 10 rounds.
  • Strengthens the 1994 Assault Weapons Ban and various state bans by:
    • Moving from a 2-characteristic test to a 1-characteristic test;
    • Eliminating the easy-to-remove bayonet mounts and flash suppressors from the characteristics test; and
    • Banning firearms with “thumbhole stocks” and “bullet buttons” to address attempts to “work around” prior bans.
  • Bans large-capacity ammunition feeding devices capable of accepting more than 10 rounds.
  • Protects legitimate hunters and the rights of existing gun owners by:
    • Grandfathering weapons legally possessed on the date of enactment;
    • Exempting over 900 specifically-named weapons used for hunting or sporting purposes; and
    • Exempting antique, manually-operated, and permanently disabled weapons.
  • Requires that grandfathered weapons be registered under the National Firearms Act, to include:
    • Background check of owner and any transferee;
    • Type and serial number of the firearm;
    • Positive identification, including photograph and fingerprint;
    • Certification from local law enforcement of identity and that possession would not violate State or local law; and
    • Dedicated funding for ATF to implement registration.

Background checks, photos, fingerprinting, certifications from the local wanna-be soldier boys as well as make and model of the "grandfathered" weapons? Why would they need all this information unless they were planning to come get them later?

My God, what's this world coming to?

Yup, One hundred and eleven motherfucking US Dollars for ONE 20 round Mini-14 magazine.

Sure. Uh-huh. You bet.

Concerning this post HERE about a hypocrite piece of MSM shit:

An official from the D.C. police told a member of the Federal Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives that David Gregory COULD display a high capacity magazine on "Meet the Press" Sunday ... TMZ has learned.

Well-placed law enforcement sources tell TMZ ... a staffer from "Meet the Press" called ATF before the show aired to inquire about the legality of David holding the empty magazine during a segment on gun control. We're told the ATF person contacted the D.C. police to find out if the District of Columbia -- the place where the show is broadcast -- had a law prohibiting such a display.

Our sources say the D.C. police official informed ATF David could legally show the magazine, provided it was empty. An ATF official then called the staffer from "Meet the Press" to inform them they could use the magazine.

D.C. police released a statement today, saying "NBC contacted the Metropolitan Police Dept. inquiring if they could utilize a high capacity magazine for this segment. NBC was informed that possession of a high capacity magazine is not permissible and the request was denied."

It appears "Meet the Press" may have gotten 2 different answers from law enforcement.

David is currently being investigated for displaying the magazine.

The Second Amendment to the United States Constitution reads:
A well regulated militia, being necessary to the security of a free state, the right of the people to keep and bear arms, shall not be infringed.
Therefore, all gun control laws are in direct violation of the United States Constitution, the supreme Law of the Land. Given their unconstitutional nature, We the People demand the immediate repeal of all Federal gun laws. As is clearly stated in the plain language of the Second Amendment, the right of the people to keep and bear arms, shall not be infringed. Arms include all forms of weaponry which may be employed in the defense of our families, our homes, our communities, and our country. There are no exceptions given in the Second Amendment.

Brits: Fuck no, you got him, you keep him.

Brits have responded to the petition calling on the White House to deport Piers Morgan for his anti-second amendment stance by lodging a petition of their own with UK Home Secretary Theresa May entitled ‘Stop Piers Morgan from being deported back to the UK from America’.
The original petition to deport Morgan for his unconstitutional rhetoric following the Sandy Hook school shooting has now achieved almost 70,000 signatures, well beyond the 25,000 required to mandate a White House response.
However, a counter-petition which features on the change.org website calls on the UK government to prevent Morgan from returning to the UK.
“We got rid of him once and why should we have to suffer again. The Americans wanted him so they should put up with him. We washed our hands of him a long time ago,” the petition reads.

Chicago area cops kill dog in it's fenced-in yard

HAZEL CREST, Ill. (CBS) — The search for a fugitive might have taken a tragic turn; Kenneth Conley escaped from the federal jail in downtown Chicago last week, and one suburban family said the search for Conley claimed the life of their beloved pet.
CBS 2′s Pamela Jones reports this past September was supposed to be the 6-year-old pooch’s birthday, not a prelude to his death Christmas Eve.
Kobi, a 70-pound Rhodesian Ridgeback mix was shot dead, allegedly by a Hazel Crest police officer.
Chanette Weaver said a police officer told her officers were acting in self-defense when they shot Kobi.
She said she’d just put Kobi in her closed, fenced-in yard at about 6:50 a.m. on Christmas Eve. She said, five minutes later, Hazel Crest police showed up at her door.
“One of the officers said, ‘Ma’am, your dog is dead.’ Heartless,” Weaver said.
“He said, ‘Ma’am, your dog was getting ready to attack one of my officers.’ And they shot him three times,” Weaver said.
Hazel Crest police said the dog tried to attack officers on a public sidewalk, and officers felt they were at risk of serious injury.

And there it is......

Recieved via email and reprinted with his permission:

I, Burton Zeller, as an American and as a military veteran, pledge the following:

I Pledge to never disarm, and in particular, to never surrender my military pattern, semi-automatic rifles (and full capacity magazines, parts, and ammunition that go with them), regardless of what illegitimate action is taken by Congress, the President, or the courts.

I also pledge to pass on those military pattern rifles to my family and/or my children and my children's children, as well as the full capacity magazines, parts, and ammunition to needed to use them, regardless of what illegitimate action is taken by Congress, the President, or the courts. As Founding Father Tench Coxe said, while attempting to allay the fears of critics of the proposed Constitution:

"The powers of the sword are in the hands of the yeomanry of America from sixteen to sixty. The militia of these free commonwealths, entitled and accustomed to their arms, when compared with any possible army, must be tremendous and irresistible. Who are the militia? Are they not ourselves? Is it feared, then, that we shall turn our arms each man against his own bosom?"

"Congress have no power to disarm the militia. Their swords, and every other terrible implement of the soldier, are the birth-right of an American... [T]he unlimited power of the sword is not in the hands of either the federal or state governments, but, where I trust in God it will ever remain, in the hands of the people." - Tench Coxe, Pennsylvania Gazette, Feb. 20, 1788.

And that "power of the sword" - those "terrible implements of the soldier," includes the people's battle rifles and carbines - their M1As, their FN-LARs, their HK 91s, their grandfathers' M1 Garand, their AK 47s, their ARs and M4s, etc. - all of the weapons listed as being targeted in new and improved "Assault Weapons Ban."

The whole point of the Second Amendment is to preserve the military capacity of the American people - to preserve the ability of the people, who are the militia, to provide for their own security as individuals, as neighborhoods, towns, counties, and states, during any emergency, man-made or natural; to preserve the military capacity of the American people to resist tyranny and violations of their rights by oath breakers within government; and to preserve the military capacity of the people to defend the Constitution against all enemies, both foreign and domestic, including those oath breaking domestic enemies within government. It is not about hunting, and at its core, the Second Amendment is not really even about self-defense against private criminals. It is about self-defense against public criminals - against tyrants, usurpers, and foreign invaders.

Above all other firearms currently available to the American citizen, modern military pattern, semi-automatic rifles provide that military capacity.Protecting the keeping and bearing of such arms of military utility is the heart and soul of the Second Amendment. Thus, any attempt to ban their possession, sale, purchase, or transfer, is an attempt to disarm the American people.

Nor will I surrender my accurate, scoped, bolt action rifles, which are also great force multipliers of military utility in the roles of sniper and marksman. Invaders, tyrants and usurpers fear the sniper and marksman for good reason, and millions of American hunters have the well practiced field-craft and marksmanship skills to serve in those rolls most effectively. We must preserve their means of doing so, including preserving our .50 caliber sniper rifles, our .338 Lapua's, our .300 Win Mags, and other powerful, long-range capable calibers.

Nor will I surrender my semi-automatic pistols with full capacity magazines, which provide me with the capacity to effectively defend against close range, sudden attack.

I will not disarm, regardless of what law is passed by the oath breakers in Congress, or signed into law by the oath breaker in the White House, and I WILL pass on to my children every terrible implement of the soldier currently in my possession.

Further, I will ask my family and/or children to also pledge to never surrender those arms and equipment, regardless of what illegitimate, Bill of Rights violating law is passed by the oath breakers in Washington DC, and regardless of whatever any oath breaking judge may rule.

Further, I pledge to refuse compliance with any and all laws that attempt to strip me, my family and/or my children of those arms, the full capacity magazines needed to load and fire them, or the parts and ammunition needed to keep them firing. I will use nullification, civil disobedience, and active physical resistance against all such laws. I will nullify, disobey, and resist as an individual, and I will work with my neighbors to nullify, disobey, and resist as towns, counties, and states. We will not disarm, we will not comply, and we will resist.

Further, I pledge to refuse to vote for, and to actively work to purge from office any elected official, of any affiliation, who violates their oath of office by supporting, endorsing, or voting for any law, action, or decree that attempts to disarm me, my family, my children, or my children's children of any of the above noted arms. I pledge to root the oath breakers out, in a scorched earth policy. I will not buy into the "lesser of two evils" con game, and regardless of what party an oath breaking politician is in.

Finally, I pledge to defend myself, my neighbors, my town, county, and state, against any attempt to forcibly disarm them pursuant to any "assault weapons ban" or any other illegitimate "law" passed by oath breakers within Congress, or pursuant to any illegitimate order, action, or decree by the oath breaker within the White House. We will not disarm. We will resist. And if given no other choice but to fight or to submit to abject tyranny, we will fight, just as our forefathers in the American Revolution fought against the tyrants, usurpers, and oath breakers of their day.

If we are presented with the "choice" of submission to tyranny or fighting in defense of our natural rights, we will fight, as our forefathers fought, when the British Empire attempted to disarm them and confiscate the military pattern arms, ammunition, and supplies of their time. We will make the same choice as Patrick Henry made, when he rejected "peace" purchased at the price of chains and slavery, and said "I know not what course others may take, but as for me, give me liberty, or give me death!" I too choose liberty or death.

I hereby reaffirm the oath I swore through more than 30 years of military and federal civilian service to defend the Constitution against all enemies, foreign and domestic, and pledge my life, my fortune, and my sacred honor in defense of the principles of liberty enunciated in our Declaration of Independence, for which our forefathers spilled their blood. We will not let the Republic fall without a fight.

What...say...you?

Must be English

Because them teeth are all jacked up.
But then again, they're getting fixed so it may not be in England after all.

I think they spelled it wrong

It was bound to happen

NORTH POLE—A story has leaked from the North Pole which spokeselves emphatically deny. Eighteen elves have died and another twenty-seven were said to be hospitalized from over-exertion attempting to fill orders this Christmas. Elves do not have a union. Santa had to quickly add eight new Rangifer tarandus—Commonly called Reindeer in America—and a trailer to his sled to carry the orders that could be fulfilled according to a whistleblower at the North Pole.
“Thank goodness that they were hospitalized before Obamacare took hold,” the whistleblower commented.

Your Git Kit

Every day I make a trip over to Homestead Survival to check out their free (at the time of posting) book selection and almost every time I visit I see a book concerning the perfect bug-out bag.
I downloaded the first few until I realized that the author is giving advice for his/her perfect Git Kit, not mine.
I quit downloading the damned things. If I including everything from every book I'd need a fucking moving van to haul my shit around. Not to say there's not some good ideas in the books, but I haven't added a single thing to my Git Kit. It still has a few meals and cooking gear, water filter, a change of clothes, shelter and sleeping gear, a first aid kit, and meds, firestarting stuff, 550 cord and other odds and ends. That's it.
Figure out what you need, how much you're going to need while remembering that in a worst case scenario you're going to put it on your back and carry it around.
Build it yourself for your needs.

LONDON (AP) — Tens of thousands of people have signed a petition calling for British CNN host Piers Morgan to be deported from the U.S. over his gun control views.
Morgan has taken an aggressive stand for tighter U.S. gun laws in the wake of the Newtown, Connecticut, school shooting. Last week, he called a gun advocate appearing on his "Piers Morgan Tonight" show an "unbelievably stupid man."
Now, gun rights activists are fighting back. A petition created Dec. 21 on the White House e-petition website by a user in Texas accuses Morgan of engaging in a "hostile attack against the U.S. Constitution" by targeting the Second Amendment. It demands he be deported immediately for "exploiting his position as a national network television host to stage attacks against the rights of American citizens."
The petition has already hit the 25,000 signature threshold to get a White House response. By Monday, it had 31,813 signatures.

I saw that program and my first thought was he got rich on the backs of the American sheeple - if he wants gun control, why doesn't he move back to where he came from?
Merry Christmas to all the folks at CNN......

What's good for the goose is good for the gander

Washington D.C. Police Chief Cathy Lanier has confirmed that the department is looking into allegations that NBC's David Gregory violated D.C.'s gun banning laws during a recent taping of Meet the Press.

In a discussion about gun control, host David Gregory brandished a 30-round magazine purportedly for an AR-15 or similar "assault rifle." The discussion took place on December 23, during the broadcast of NBC's Sunday morning political talk show.
Washington D.C.’s gun laws, however, state that even possessing such a device is a violation. Meet the Press is filmed at NBC's D.C. studios.
The law in question is titled: DC High Capacity Ammunition Magazines – D.C. Official Code 7-2506.01, and reads (my bold):
(b) No person in the District shall possess, sell, or transfer any large capacity ammunition feeding device regardless of whether the device is attached to a firearm. For the purposes of this subsection, the term large capacity ammunition feeding device means a magazine, belt, drum, feed strip, or similar device that has a capacity of, or that can be readily restored or converted to accept, more than 10 rounds of ammunition. The term large capacity ammunition feeding device shall not include an attached tubular device designed to accept, and capable of operating only with, .22 caliber rimfire ammunition.
Breitbart contacted the office of the police chief and asked if there were any plans to look into this apparent violation of the District's gun laws. In response, Chief Lanier replied, "Yes, we are investigating the incident to determine if the magazine was in fact real."
We will continue to watch this developing story.

This is fucking hilarious. Seeing as they're willing to jail gun owners for the same offense with the media's blessing and support, I'm hoping like hell he's treated the same way. Of course I'm sure they're going to say it was only the casing without the spring and follower - you know, because they always obey the law. Please please please let him have shown the magazine from the top with the follower in it.
Merry Christmas to all the folks at NBC.....

Merry Christmas, Fuckers!!!

From me and mine to you and yours.

Quick on my feet

I remember a few years ago back when I was single Janet the traffic clerk asked what my plans were for Christmas and I replied that I was probably going to go kill some coyotes.
"Oh, that seems wrong, killing on Christmas Day" she said.
I reconsidered. "Yeah, you're right. I'll just wound them instead."

And along those lines, here's a video sent in by Bearded Youth:

Paper publishes gun owner's names and addresses

A newspaper in New York has received a wave of criticism from its readers after publishing the names and addresses of all of the individuals with handgun or pistol permits in its coverage area.
Hundreds of residents in New York's Westchester and Rockland counties were surprised to find their names and addresses listed on a map posted by The Journal News on Sunday. Users can click any dot on the map to see which of their neighbors has a permit for a gun.
The map sparked more than 500 comments from readers within a day of its appearance on the website, many of them voicing outrage at the paper's decision to make the information public.

I'm not the suing kind but if any of those folks have their house broken into or catch any shit from their liberal neighbors they should sue that newspaper out of business.

My evening

Busy night tonight - headed over to Lisa's sister's and BIL's house for dinner and then over to Mom's house for a visit with her and my nieces, nephews and other undesirables, then coming home to do the finishing touches on the house for dinner tomorrow.
I'm sure glad I got that Xanax prescription refilled and I'm betting all them relations will be too.

For Bustednuckles

Bustednuckles commented a few minutes ago about how anything can be a weapon. Lisa sent this to me a minute ago and it fits his comment.

My III Ring

Thank you, Lisa and Sam!
It'll never leave my finger until they lower me into the cold, cold ground, then it becomes Lisa's ring.
It fits my attitude and finger well and it's heavy enough that when I whack annoying fuckers in the head, they'll know they've been whacked.

A politician is a politician is a politician

WASHINGTON (AP) — Lawmakers from both parties voiced their willingness Sunday to pursue some changes to the nation's gun laws, but adamant opposition from the National Rifle Association has made clear than any such effort will face significant obstacles.
NRA CEO Wayne LaPierre dismissed efforts to revive a ban on assault weapons as a "phony piece of legislation" that's built on lies.
Democratic lawmakers in Congress have become more adamant about the need for stricter gun laws since the shooting of 20 children and six teachers at Sandy Hook Elementary School in Newtown, Conn. Sen. Dianne Feinstein of California is promising to push for a renewal of expired legislation that banned certain weapons and limited the number of bullets a gun magazine could hold to 10.
"I think we ought to be looking at where the real danger is, like those large clips," said Sen. Kay Bailey Hutchison, R-Texas.
