Oh, fuck you too.

I wrote Feinstein something like 4 months ago about Fast & Furious.
She just now got around to responding with a form letter.

*****

Dear Mr. Lane:
Thank you for your letter urging that a special prosecutor be appointed to investigate Attorney General Eric Holder. I appreciate the time you took to write and welcome the opportunity to respond.
As you may be aware, Attorney General Holder testified at a Department of Justice Oversight hearing before the House Judiciary Committee on May 3, 2011. At that hearing, Congressman Darrell Issa(R-CA) asked Mr. Holder when he first learned of Fast and Furious. Mr. Holder responded, "I'm not sure of the exact date, but I probably heard about Fast and Furious for the first time over the last few weeks." Additionally, when Representative Jason Chaffetzasked the Attorney General when he learned of Fast and Furious, Mr. Holder reiterated that he was unsure.
On November 8, 2011, during a Department of Justice oversight hearing before the Senate Judiciary Committee, the Attorney General elaborated on his testimony before the House Judiciary Committee. In response to a question from Chairman Patrick Leahy (D-VT), Mr. Holder clarified that he became aware of "Fast and Furious" in February 2011 and could have been clearer in his testimony before the House.
After reviewing the Attorney General's testimonies, it does not appear to me that he perjured himself. Mr. Holder's uncertainty about the dates he learned of Fast and Furious—which he himself admitted—does not, in my view, rise to the level of perjury.
As the Attorney General has acknowledged, there were problems with Fast and Furious. You may be interested to know that the Department of Justice Inspector General is currently investigating the operation and hopefully that investigation will provide a comprehensive analysis of what went wrong and how the ATF can avoid similar problems in the future.
While we may have different perspectives on this particular issue, I respect your opinion. If you have further comments or questions, feel free to contact my staff in Washington, D.C. at (202) 224-3841 or visit my website at http://feinstein.senate.gov.

Sincerely yours,

Dianne Feinstein
United States Senator

  4. I'm lucky. Charles Grassley is my Senator. He comes to our Second Amendment meetings every summer, cool guy. He's also been helping me with my VA claim. It must really suck to have the idiot bitch twins for Senators.

  6. If they replied the way they are thinking it should say:

Thank you for your concern, however we know what we are doing and it is of no concern to you.

Also thank you for your address as we now have cross referenced the US Cenus GPS coordinates to your exact location.

The coordinates have been provided to your local law enforcement armed drone operations center so that they may keep a closer eye on your property.(Only for your protection of course)

No need to call and share any other information about your work location, where you shop, or buy your gas etc, we already put a GPS tacker on your vehicle for your convenience. (Again for protction of course)

I have taken the liberty of forwarding your name and address to the local ATF office so as to add you to the local mailing list about exciting new possibilities and experiences in exploring the violation of the Constition and the violation of your civil rights.

    Yours in revolution,

    Heil Obama!

    Comrade Senator Feinstein

  7. I wrote a letter, too. I detailed my outrage about Fast and Furious and the bullshit that goes on literally in my back yard. I live less than 1/2 mile from where Agent Terry was murdered. I was home the night he was killed. From the amount of emergency vehicles that were flying past my house, I thought we had been invaded and the war had started. Those ridges and washes were lit up like a city.

I also watched, on the one year anniversary of his death, when a procession of probably 75 Border Patrol vehicles made their way past my house to the crime scene for a memorial service. I stood at the road and gave them all a thumbs up as they made their way out. I don't mind saying that I shed a tear or two as they passed by; partly from sadness and partly from sheer outrage. What happened to Terry and the way it is being handled and ignored is outrageous and is akin to the old Soviet Union in the 60's.

Since Terry's death, I have twice witnessed, in broad daylight, loads of dope being loaded into pick-ups from a wash that is in my backyard.

I sent the letter to my State Rep, Senator Kyle and my congressman, Raul (Boycott Arizona) Grijalva. I received a telephone response from a Kyle assistant. Fucking crickets from the other two.

Some representation, huh? And they wonder why people are fed up with their bullshit.

  8. So what do you think the bitch would have said if Holder was a Republican, "as you read this impeachment hearings are being held, thank you for caring about our very brave ICE agents, we hope to bring this to a happy ending for the country and for the agents family." But we hear "I don't think he perjured himself"! Fuck all democRATS!

  9. From The New American, last year: On March 30 of this year, President Obama dropped in to greet Sarah Brady, who was meeting with White House Press Secretary Jay Carney. Sarah is the wife of Jim Brady, the former White House Press Secretary under Reagan, who was shot but not killed in an assassination attempt on President Reagan in 1981. The Bradys subsequently became strong supporters of gun control. According to Brady, the President brought up the issue of gun control “to fill us in that it was very much on his agenda. [The President said,] ‘I just want you to know that we are working on [additional limits on gun ownership]. We have to go through a few processes, but under the radar.’”
Zero's also made it clear he's willing to skirt constitutional law to achieve his agenda. We know he's a shady Chicago politician, at best. When you put all this together, looks like a conspiracy to violate 2A to anyone with a gram of suspicion and an ounce of brainpower...but what do I know?
