Pesky l'il fuckers, ain't they?

PEORIA, Ariz. (AP) — Authorities say there's been a series of unprovoked coyote bites in Peoria over the past few days.
The Arizona Game and Fish Department says three people in the Vistancia community have been bitten in a 24-hour period. None of the victims suffered serious injuries.
Authorities say a woman was bitten on the ankle by a coyote while she was resting on her back porch Monday evening.
Two other people were bitten while also on their porches Tuesday afternoon. A woman was bitten on the chest while reclining in a chair and a man was bitten on a leg.
Game and Fish officials say the biting incidents likely stem from territorial behavior by adult coyotes protecting their young.
However, they say cases of coyotes biting humans are rare in Maricopa County

  1. Apparently Wirecutter and I, don't live in Maricopa county, or anyone else with a gun... well, that knows how to use it. Where the hell is that wolf that ran from Oregon into NorCal anyway? Somebody's cattle are in jeopardy.

  2. Hahahaha! Yeah, I saw this story on the local news and laughed myself silly. I live in Maricopa County, and I have seen coyotes running in the bed of the Agua Fria constantly, and that is in a well developed area north of the 10. The people interviewed were amazed that these cute little WILD ANIMALS would come into their yards (in complete violation of trespassing ordinances) and demand drivers licenses, jobs, welfare....oh...err...we are talking about the guys smuggling illegals, right?
