I'm a happy man

Bacon, four scrambled eggs with fried onion and cactus spiced up with jalapeno sauce, and tortillas.

  1. Cactus is edible??? Fuck it, I'm game. Throw some diced tomatoes and cilantro in there and it's chow time!

Fuck, now my belly is growling.

  2. It's called napolitoes and can be bought pickled in stores in great big jars. It's got a green tomato tasste. Or you can make your own out of prickly pear cactus - skin it, dice it and sautee it in butter. And yes it is delicious with diced tomatoes and cilantro.

  3. Remember, East Coast. We don't have cacti here. Know of any suppliers of napolitoes in this region? A great big omelet with the aforementioned ingredients and some homemade flour tortillas would sure as shit hit the spot right now.

  4. The pickled nopalitoes that I eat is made by Dona Maria and can be ordered online at www.megamexfoods.com if you can't find it in your area. Look for it in the mexican foods section of your store first. 30 ounce jar, green and yellow label, yellow lid. Costs about two and a half bucks.

  7. Can't name my employer, but it is in that warehousing complex there on Schulte Road. You're real close and it is a grocery warehouse.

  8. The tortillas look stale. Other than that - yeah!

    Looks like thick-sliced bacon, too.

  9. Those tortillas weren't stale, just heated on a skillet.
