An unhinged lunatic approached two men, sitting outside in Manhattan Beach, California. The woman then lectured the men for not wearing masks. She didn’t like their responses so she threw hot coffee on them.
Obviously, she’s a very tolerant and loving person.

I have a feeling that kind of intervention would stop if sidearms were pulled by the intended targets. No need to fire them...for a first offense. Just show 'em you have the means to retaliate with greater force than they intend to use.

Unfortunately, in CA almost any use of a firearm would bring a raft of charges from the local SJW DA. Better to carry pepperspray. Peppers pray would have improved that girl's attitude

ReplyDeleteI am not certain, but I would be willing to bet money that in almost every state, pulling a gun, and showing that you have it, as a threat, is called brandishing, and is a big no no, and will end up with you in jail, and losing your gun rights. Your response to aggression must always be proportional, and what a reasonable person would deem necessary.
ReplyDeleteA reasonable person most likely would not consider it necessary to pull a gun on a person who threw hot coffee at you, and then moved on. Would it be proper to beat their ass? I am not sure, but I would probably think so. But you don't want to be the one to escalate to a gun, unless there is the threat of great bodily harm.
