The 48 is, to me, a pointless gun. It’s slightly slimmer profile compared to a 19 isn’t going to make a meaningful difference in how much it prints on me, as it’s the end of the grip that shows if anything does. And I like the way the 19 feels in my hand a lot better.
Agreed. Got a G19 strapped on right now. I think Sub Compacts have their market. Little guys and women. I have no issues concealing my G19. For any occasion.
Why doesn't anyone mention the Springfield XDs 45, 3.3 ? Sure, it has limited magazine capacity, but that's why I have three extra mags handy. It's small, and goes BANG pretty hard, but it pushes back, doesn't roll back. Easy to stay on target. Super concealable. I can wear a T shirt over it in my Alien Gear holster, and nobody knows it's there.
The P365 beats ALL the other small frame pistols..PERIOD. It is highly accurate. IF you can stand a nine, it works well. I carry a SIG 3" barrel for my 45 carry, BOTH in a N8 Tactical holster. The SIG doesn't BEAT the daylights out of your palm either, Like the XDs and other do, IMO.
I don't think Lovell's a real big guy. I shot a buddies G48 and it was just to small. Awfully hard to clamp down on.
