Fear and anxiety spike in COVID-19 hot spots across country

The South Salt Lake City, Utah, woman can't work at her special education job because of an autoimmune disease. Her husband, also a special ed teacher, recently quit because his school district would not allow him to work remotely to protect her and their 5-year-old son, who has asthma.

"I feel forgotten," Paur said. "We're living in a world we no longer fit in. We did everything right. We went to college, we got jobs, we tried to give back to our community, and now our community is not giving back to us. And I'm very scared."

  1. What do you want to bet these useless fucks are perfectly content to continue to allow the grocery clerk and delivery driver to take the exact same risks in public on their behalf, however?

Hypocritical sacks of crap. Fuck you, starve.

  2. Suck it up buttercup College never did or will mean protection in our world. Not to mention teachers unions are one of the biggest tax rackets around. Join now with half or more of the country and realize the gov’t has and always will stick it to the working class. Forever

  3. Special ed. These are two special people. The school district should bust their ass accommodating this couple and should be ashamed. I don't have to imagine the makeup of the schoolboard. Idiots. Oh yeah good special ed teachers are a dime a dozen, assholes.

  5. It's always out of context with these 'new cases'. We're not being told about the 99.9% that recover; we're not being told that fatalities (from Covid, not "with" Covid) have fallen dramatically; we're not being told that exponentially more testing is resulting in more positive testing...as any thinking person would expect. What should be pointed out: more IQ testing will result in more positive moron results. This plandemic is over and has been almost since the beginning. What a pile of bullshit.

    1. The problem with the reporting of "new cases", is that they don't break it down to show how many people are asymptomatic. Also, ever notice how none of the MSM are questioning the accuracy of the tests, despite numerous reports of people immediately getting a second test that shows negative.
It used to be that hospitalizations were a good gauge of actual Covid cases, but not anymore. People are being hospitalized with bacterial pneumonia, or some other respiratory illnesses related to constant mask wearing, who happen to test positive for Covid when hospitalized.

I guess I wonder what does she expect the community to give back to her. It's a serious question, what can and should the community give? She doesnt really explain what she thinks the community should give. her husband quit his job to avoid exposing the wife and kid, did he try renting a room someplace? Remember how Hospital workers were living in campers in the spring?

Unless they've been working for free, they've never tried to give back anything.

  9. My assessment as a biochemist is that it is just the flu, masks don't work and there has never been evidence they do for respiratory viruses, and social distancing is even more quackery than the masks.

  10. Fend for yourself, child. And study what happened during the black death. It was every man for himself. This is nothing compared to that but the fear is comparable b/c people are chicken.
