Well, it did say that this festival was in Nepal, not South Korea or China. In Korea and China, they like their dogs medium rare.
They don't have a similar festival for cats, oddly enough. I wonder why?Phil B
How would you get the cats to cooperate?With sufficient catnip you could have 4/20 Weed Cat day... But that is kind of hard to sell as a national festival.
