It could be dropping t...Are you talking DSL modem? It could be dropping the webernet connection after a period of inactivity which logs you out of stuff. There is probably a "stay logged in" or "keep alive" or "time out" setting somewhere in the modem setup. Message me on FB with the model of modem.
