God help these senseless girls. We've interrupted rapes in progress where the girl was so boxed that she couldn't even testify that some guy was banging her. But if she is so intoxicated that she can't be aware what is going on, then she is not capable of giving consent and it is rape. Same basis as raping a mentally incompetent person. They are not capable of consenting.
