Panetta: 'International Permission’ Trumps Congressional Permission For Military Actions



This motherfucker needs to sit down with a copy of the Constitution of The United States, lock himself in a very quiet room and study it until he can quote body and article from memory.
It's obvious he's never even read it.

Before anybody goes off and tells me about executive decisions and Obama having 90 days to get Congressional approval for a war that he starts or whatever, go down and read the comments following the video HERE.
