You have fans in all kinds of obscure branches of government. And by "fans" I mean "supporters". If you get a hit from the US Department of Widgets, Widget SWAT isn't coming for you, somebody just forgot they were on their work computer. Ask me how I know, although you've never posted the hit. :)
This one might have been my fault. I sometimes share the things on your blog with the guys that work for me. Everyone in the shop enjoyed the yellowed paper post. We also particularly enjoy Milfy Mondays.
It's unfortunate that you're paranoid of your fans. If the USCG were actually "watching you" you wouldn't know about it. Probably just some schmo that happens to work for the gubmint that likes your website. Like me.
And yes, I'm well aware that if they were watching me, I wouldn't know it. It's like I tell everybody else that gets hit from DOJ and the like: If you see them, they're just letting you know that they're watching. Like that's going to scare me.

The Lat/Log given puts it off the S.C. coast. My guess is it's some Coasty that's bored to tears looking at some camel-toe or MILFs.
