There'll be a very fine line in the wording of his announcement. If it's labeled as domestic, we're pretty much where we are now. Maybe a bit more prosecution power, but not much more. If he labels it an international terrorist activity, then we can go after the people bankrolling it. Soros et.al. The proof will be in the wording.
