Biden Pushing For Dishonourable Discharges, Court Martials For Troops Who Refuse Vaccines

The Biden administration is pushing for dishonourable discharges and even court martialing for troops who disobey orders to get COVID vaccines.

GOP Representative Mark Green of Tennessee proposed an amendment this week to the National Defense Authorization Act (NDAA) that would prohibit “any discharge but honorable” for troops who refuse vaccines.

The White House responded with a statement noting “The Administration strongly opposes section 716,” reasoning that it would “detract from readiness and limit a commander’s options for enforcing good order and discipline when a Service member fails to obey a lawful order to receive a vaccination.”

  2. Trouble is, that is not a lawful order. They fight for our freedoms, they get them too.

Because they aren’t HIS kid. His kid does coke, pops positive on a drug test and gets a pass.
Must be nice to have a polidaddy.

  4. Under these circumstances, dishonorable discharges won't mean much in way of adversity. Just as bankruptcy and divorce no longer mean anything adverse.

Collapsing empires start running out of sticks pretty quick.

  5. That's going to be a big bridge too far for President Asterisk. I've heard several of the Seal Teams have already told their COs to pound sand on this. If Xiden follows through with this threat I'd expect all hell to break loose. Dot mil ain't gonna take the prospect of DD's lying down.

  6. "Most of the people who took a COVID “vaccine” will be dead by the year 2025. The proof is now available for all to see.

Thanks to the people who participated in this first ever human experiment with a mRNA gene-therapy, fooled into thinking it was a “vaccine” for a phony “pandemic” allegedly caused by the never-isolated “COVID-19,” we now know the following based on fact-based, post-vaccine research:"

  7. For a GOV that is worried about 'white rage' and\or 'white supremacists', booting a bunch of Patriotic mil folks out for BS reasons will certainly not help.
It is like the left just cannot put enough gas on the raging fire in the USA.

  8. A DD is akin to a Felony conviction. It means the soldier will lose virtually ALL their ciil rights.... ESPECIALLY their 2A rights. THAT is the reason behind this.

    1. Absolutely. But this one will be reversed once the empire realized they just killed recruiting.

Paper can be changed, but the jab is forever.

    2. But a DD requires a general court-martial conviction, and the service member can demand a trial by court-martial.
How many people will it take to completely logjam the military justice system, and how long can they tie it up?

  11. To paraphrase my favorite magical negro, "Do you think that a DD makes a man who can turn your brain matter into pink mist from 1500 yards, or blow up your limo with common household items, less dangerous, or more dangerous?"

  12. A friend of mine has a son in the Marines who expects to be booted out. I know the young man, and he's the sort of man you want in the Marines. Also the sort of man you want to marry your daughter.

Of course, Slow Joe would never have heard of that concept.

  17. that's right, give people with access to artillery and missiles nothing left to lose...

  18. Yes, A dishonorable discharge abrogates a person's civil rights to some extent, including the right to keep and bear arms. I wonder how much of that notion is playing into the caluclus.

BTW: the Marine LtC (Scheller) who questioned the decisions of the brass in Afghanistan has reportedly been arrested by the military and thrown in the brig to await trial for the crime of posting to social media. While the dyke truck driver who proposed openly attacking US citizens has, apparently, suffered no negative consequences for advocating that the military "turn the rifles" onto American citizens not obsequiously supportive of the Biden junta.

I don't know, but it looks like the excrement is about to strike the rotating, oscillating air movement device.
