Alec Baldwin better hope he has deep pockets

The family of the woman killed on the set of a film in New Mexico took the first steps in filing a wrongful death lawsuit. 

Cinematographer Halyna Hutchins was killed in October by a gun being held by actor Alec Baldwin during the filming of "Rust."
