Biden to announce new ghost gun rule, nominate new ATF director

President Joe Biden is nominating an Obama-era U.S. attorney to run the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives, as his administration unveils its formal rule to rein in ghost guns, privately made firearms without serial numbers that are increasingly cropping up at crime scenes, six people familiar with the matter told The Associated Press.

So he bans unnumbered (I refuse to call them ghost guns) firearms. How's he going to enforce that, search each and every home in the US?

I don't expect him to address just these two things. I'm also expecting him to announce a ban on magazines that hold more than 10 rounds and possibly even an AR pistol ban unless they're registered with the ATF.
