DAYTONA BEACH, Fla. – A Daytona Beach man was arrested after being accused of threatening to beat a city code enforcement worker to death with the tablet he was using to take pictures of the man’s property.
Reading the story, I can't help but think that the code enforcement guy had it coming. I think in this case something mild, like turning the garden hose on him, would be appropriate.

If he connects with a TeleMedicine doctor on the tablet before he uses it to cudgel the guy that'd be fair.
