Appeals Court Rules California Can Continue Doxing Gun Owners to Agenda ‘Researchers’

“A California appeals court [Fourth Appellate District, Division One Court of Appeal of California] ruled Friday that the state may continue sharing the personal information of gun owners with ‘gun violence’ researchers,” The Western Journal reports. “California’s Department of Justice had been permitted to share ‘identifying information of more than 4 million gun owners’ collected by the state during the background check process for firearms purchases with ‘qualified research institutions,’ ostensibly to aid in the study of gun-related accidents, suicides and violence.”

The “personal information” includes “names, addresses, phone numbers, and any criminal records, among other things.” What “other things”?

  1. So, if I'm a researcher about the California judicial system, the state should be allowed to release personal information including “names, addresses, phone numbers, and any criminal records, among other things” of the judges, the clerks, and the court personnel.

  2. The ongoing theme is obvious: Those who dare win...That applies to the country's Commies. Progressive Democrats are those who dare, the Republicans apply Vaseline to their assholes and guess who wins. .

  3. This should be fine if the researchers publish their own names and home addresses.

    1. The 'researchers' are Dr. Garen Wintemute and his staff of graduate students at the California Firearm Violence Research Center at UC Davis. Garen is an old hippie who has been delivering the 'science' that the state legislature wants to hear and use to continue writing laws in a never-ending effort to eviscerate the second amendment rights of Californians. He's been doing this for over 30 years and it has provided him with a very comfortable living and future retirement. His total 2022 compensation, including benefits, was $506,866.00. In my estimation his pension check will be north of $20,000 per month.

    1. Only 3 of the judges heard the appeal. I've only seen one name mentioned. She was appointed by Newsom.

I was hoping to find the names of all three to see if they were appointed by either Newsom or Moonbeam.

    2. Found the three judges. Julia C. Kelety and Tuc T. Do were Newsom appointees. William Dato was appointed by Moonbeam. Talk about a stacked deck.

  6. Can we start doxing women who have an abortion? They obviously are willing to stop a beating human heart. Why give known killers anonymity?
