Dr. Phillip R. Dilts, 66, entered not guilty pleas this week in Mount Vernon Municipal Court to the misdemeanor charges, which include allegations he had sexual conduct with a Shetland Pony and later injured his wife, Brenda, 60, and his daughter, Hannah, 24.
During a phone interview late Thursday afternoon, Dilts said the allegations regarding the horse, made by his wife and daughter, are not true and are the result of a divorce he and his wife are going through.

I suppose that they would have breathalyzed the guy, maybe taken a sample upon getting to the hoosegow. This does sound cooked up, the daughter knew just what magic words to use. The pony angle is gross. IDK how you disprove such an allegation, sounds like that was cooked up as a bargaining chip. Seriously, what dude does that? I bet holidays at that house are going to be a wee bit strained in the future.

ReplyDeleteAnd just to add a second to several comments: yes, the women are trying to get this guy lawfared. Knew a guy in the same situation; he filed on his wife for very good reasons, and she went batshit. However, he knew that would happen, so all the guns got lost, and he never had a conversation with her that wasn't recorded AND sent to his lawyer. No question those precautions saved him from restraining orders and other accusations. The social media these babes frequent are full of advice about how to 'win' by manipulating the law, courts, etc. He was just smarter, read the same posts, and took countermeasures first.
