Heartbreaking surveillance footage shows the cruel moment a puppy was abandoned by a car in a California parking lot before desperately trying to chase down its owners.
The three-month-old German Shepherd pup is seen being dropped out of a car door at the Country Living Mobile Home Park in Fresno on Thursday.
The sweet black dog with pointy ears first looks around in confusion before watching the vehicle speed away.
The as-yet-unnamed animal then follows the car through the parking lot and down the street in desperation not to be left behind.
