OAKLAND, Calif. - The outgoing Alameda County District Attorney on Tuesday charged nine sheriff's deputies and two medical employees with the death of an Oakland man who had been languishing in his Santa Rita Jail cell for days before anyone noticed he was no longer alive.

Seems they would have been suspicious when he didn't eat, drink, or even MOVE for days.

ALL unionized with qualified immunity, LEO's are Orcs. Get rid of qualified immunity and criminally charge them when they stray from the Constitution. Hell, make them learn the Constitution as a condition for being employed as LEO's and make them pass a test on the Constitution every year, just like "continuing education" certification.
