And that's the end of that

  1. Looking at the background store fronts, might be in Mexico or a Mexican neighborhood near there. As formal styles seem to be constant you cannot tell if that photo of the photos in the trash is "new" or as old as early 1900 (as color photos were around 1907).

Might have been a recent marriage that failed. Might be that one of the survivors of that marriage is in a nursing home or worse. Cartel violence is more common there than divorce.

    Not a happy photo.

    1. What with the cheap assed frames, the relationship was doomed from the get-go.

    2. Michael, very observant. Could just be a "They're gone.", apartment cleanout.

  2. Might want to inspect the dumpster for a body.

  3. I do the same thing when I buy a new wallet, I get rid of the photos that come in the plastic foldouts. The tip about a body in a nearby dumpster is valid though.

    1. Soon after I moved out I was visiting my Parents. There was a portrait of a beautiful blond in a Frame on the Fridge. I said to Mom, "Who is that, and more importantly why have you not introduced me to her". She replied that she had just bought the Frame, and that was the display Photo.
