#1 Articulate, my what a big word, do you want to make that plural? Maybe you ought to break it down so your people know what ta fuck yer saying. However, I agree. #1 - Fact: In the US, childbirth mortality for black women is about 5x that for white women. This is true no matter the race of the caregivers.
I have never heard a convincing reason as to why this is. But "They bitch so much it's impossible for caregivers to tell if they honestly needs something" comes the closest I've ever heard, resulting in delayed treatment. Sometimes fatally delayed.
Keep in mind that my wife is a midwife, this stuff is her bread and butter. So while I try not to pay much attention, some of it seeps in despite my efforts. Maybe I need to drink more...

I am blessed fella. I met and married one of the most stoic black women on the planet. Talks plenty, no bagchatter. If she gets mad she goes quiet - which is a little scary in itself, LOL. She has no time or patience for the nasty yakkity ghetto trash. When our youngest decided he was gonna droop his trousers, she had my back when I told him, "If I'm ever out on the bike with my crew and see you lookin' like that, I'll hem you up and pull 'em all the way down in front of your pals" - she had my back. Needless to say, he got over that pretty quick. =D
Michelle seems to have the definitions of deprivation and depravation confused. But then after reading his/her Master's Thesis I'm not surprised. He/she's a dimwit.
