I sometimes say to myself, "Thank God most criminals are stupid." But then I get this discomforting thought that maybe there are really smart criminals out there, but we don't know about them because they're so smart.

Headline on the sidebar to this story reads, "25 shot, 3 fatally over the weekend in Chicago; best performance since at least 2015".
ReplyDeleteIf 3-for-25 is the best performance in 10 years, I'd say someone needs more time at the range.
