  6. Hey Kenny, you want me to drop by there the next time I'm up in the Fredricksburg area visiting my in-laws and ask what's going on? I'm sure and upstanding citizen like myself should have no problem talking with someone there!

  7. Chill, dude. I looked and the subnet in question belongs to an ISP in Kalama, Washington.

  8. Huh, that's weird - Quantico on my sitemeter location tab and Washington state by ISP.

  9. Sitemeter's location info can be pretty unreliable, depending on the ISP of the visitor. By way of example, I show up as "unknown, unknown, unknown" too.

But on those "unknown" ones, you can do a reverse DNS lookup on the IP address block [append a .0 for the last digit that Sitemeter puts as a "#"] and find out who owns the address space. That's what I did here.

Why, just remind them that THEY work for YOU - why, your taxes pay their salaries, and I'm sure they just haven't though of that yet!

Seriously, Mikey over at Sipsey, has such visits almost every day. The question is always this: are the bastards trying to spy on you; trying to play a psy-ops game to worry you; OR are these actually friendlies on the inside, sneaking away to check out some GOOD sites when their slave-masters are not watching them?> Remember there are whistle-blowers inside every agency. So.... there you are!
