Am I the only one getting a mixed message here?

Libertarian activist and radio host, Adam Kokesh plans to lead an armed march on Washington, D.C. this Independence Day.
Launched as a group on Facebook, the "Open Carry March on Washington" hopes to get 1,000 supporters to march into the nation's capital with loaded rifles.
The Facebook page states:
"This is an act of civil disobedience, not a permitted event. We will march with rifles loaded & slung across our backs to put the government on notice that we will not be intimidated & cower in submission to tyranny."
The event is said to be non-violent and states that if the group is met with physical resistance, they will turn back.

You're marching to send a message that you won't cower or be intimidated, yet if the group is met with physical resistance it will turn back..... Well, which is it? Are you not going to cower or are you?
Sorry, I ain't getting it.

  1. The marchers will be met with physical arrest. It's not legal in D.C to do what he is suggesting..

    What a pinhead..

  2. I'm thinking that if it does go off the feds will wait until they disperse before the arrests are attempted. It's a lot easier to arrest them in groups of 2 or 3 than 1000.
    Some will resist, most won't.

  3. I will be there, and I WILL NOT TURN BACK. This is a rallying point, and it is high time we stand the fuck up for our Liberty. Time to pull up the big boy pants and send a message. Adam started it, but it is up to us Patriots to finish it. Playtime is over...

  6. Mayberry, ananymous Please read this from Americanthinker.com before you go...

"With the furor over gun rights and the government's efforts at gun control, this march is likely to attract enough people to make it an extraordinarily dangerous event. Who knows what kooks will be marching? Most marchers will no doubt be level headed and sincere in their desire for a non-violent event. But it only takes one unbalanced person to cause a tragedy.

As for Second Amendment activists and tea party folk, is this really a guy who represents your political point of view? Anyone who embraces Occupy Wall Street cannot be considered rational or a lover of liberty.

Mr. Koresh and his extremist, paranoid ideology should not be given legitimacy by anyone on the right. And let's hope someone stops the fool before someone - or some people - gets killed."
