He looks like a homeless guy. Lots of homeless go to Colorado because of the mild winter weather along the Front Range. Don't like Denver? Get a bus ticket for Longmont, Ft. Collins, or Colorado Springs and enjoy the smaller city atmosphere.
From the looks of the victims, they could have just sat on him.
