America operates under two constitutions

What is seem in the confirmation hearings for Amy Coney Barrett is yet another example of the left's ongoing attempt to displace the written Constitution of 1787 with an unwritten one based on progressive dogma. This has been a continuing process for more than fifty years. According to Christopher Caldwell in his Age of Entitlement: America Since the Sixties, it began with the civil rights movement, when the Democrats and many of the leading institutions of America started to force a de facto constitution on America. Caldwell calls it the "Constitution of 1964." That was also when the civil rights movement become America's defining principle, and everything — history, written law, attitudes, and even science — has to be interpreted from its perspective.

Nope. Just the new one. The old one is just marketing at this point. No enforcement language for violations of the BoR meant it was dead before the ink was dry.

  2. The ruling constitution of America is the Civil Rights Act, aka the no country for white men act. Good luck claiming any rights under it, or any other document.

  3. We need to drain the swamp and reset everything back to where the founders intended. Apparently all this "affirmative action" bullshit did was completely and totally racist and all those laws should be repealed and replaced with a one sentence law...something like "considering a person's race/color/creed is against the law and will be punished". And let's end the practice of 1,000 page laws written by lobbyists. All that shit needs to go!

  4. The simple fact of the matter is that most people love the new Constitution because it gives good feelz. Hell, Goldwater was against it *because* it violated the old one, and the country told him to get fucked.

  5. Things went into high gear with LBJ's "Great Society", which as it turns out is anything but. Teddy Kennedy made things that much worse by unleashing unfettered immigration. Whoever coined the term "The Free Shit Army" pretty much has summed up the difference between workers who love the country and everything it used to stand for and the free loader parasites who contribute exactly nothing to the well being of our society and our country.

  6. I saw earlier today POS Shumer actually tried to adjourn the US Senate until after the Nov. 3rd election just to derail the vote on Judge Barrett.
