Dried Kiwi Fruit

I'm not quite sure how it's going to turn out but I just spent the last 45 minutes peeling and slicing a shitload of kiwi fruit for the dehydrator.
I scored 5 pounds for 5 bucks from a property owner in Manteca, just down the road from the BassPro, and didn't want it to go to waste.
Somehow I'm thinking it's going to be like dried strawberries - just a flavor explosion when it hits the tongue.

    Maybe I shouldn't drink when reading blogs. Thought you wrote you were peeing for 45 minutes. Kinda feel like I could do that right now.
