It's Squirrel Appreciation Day!

That's a pretty scrawny example of a squirrel though. It must be one of them ground squirrels we have out here in Kalifornia.
I do appreciate them big ol' Fox or Gray Squirrels, stewed with dumplins and some drop biscuits for dunking.
Now that's some good eating.
