So I'm ahead a can of dogfood tonight
CharlieGodammit brought a dead squirrel into the house tonight and I didn't notice until he started cracking its' little head. He's over in the corner snoring, and burpin and fartin after his snack. I didn't have to feed him tonight but I wish he'd eat his critters outside.
Our "little" dog, if you can call 70 lbs little, caught a bird the other day.
ReplyDeleteFucking feathers all over the yard!
We couldn't find any bird parts, so she either ate the whole thing, or it got away mius half its feathers....
She ate it. Birds don't get away with half their feathers, they hop along the ground until they get caught.
ReplyDeleteI have to check her poop to see what comes out!
ReplyDeleteHer and the other one love chewing on wood sticks. The wife keeps worrying that "they'll get sick or something", but dogs have probably been chewing on wood for 10,000 years and they're still around!
Bird bones will digest and feathers will clump up and pass. Leave the stools sit for a couple of days and dry out, then you can recognize the feathers.
ReplyDeleteTell your Love to quit tripping on the wood, CGD has eaten at least a cord this past year, believe me.
My dog will eat anything - when it was a pup, it ate a whole magazine rack while it was teething!
ReplyDeleteJR's..........don't you just love the little gits?!
