    47 % of the adults in Detroit are functionally illiterate, believe it or not. I wonder what the percentage is in Cleveland?

    At least 47%, unfortunately I live outside cleveland Ohio. Their dumber than a bag of hammers here to. My girl lives 45 mildest east, much better place to gang out, but my job is close and what ya pay for gas now , ill stay till my mother joins my father.
