Obama puts himself in the same class as Mandela and Ghandi

"The civil rights movement was hard. Winning the vote for women was hard. Making sure that workers had some basic protections was hard," President Obama said at a fundraiser while talking about how difficult it is to bring about "change" in politics.

"Around the world, Gandhi, Nelson Mandela, what they did was hard. It takes time. It takes more than a single term. It takes more than a single president. It takes more than a single individual," Obama said.

Actually he's not that far off. Mandela's a marxist and a racist and Ghandi was a fucking hippie that couldn't get shit done so he just sat around and talked about it. In other words, he was a liberal: Bitched and complained all day and let others support him.

    Damn. I was going to comment on Ghandi and Mandela, but then I read your blurb. Totally agree. Ghandi could only be 'Ghandi' because the Brits were civilized. He couldnt pull that shit with a Muslim government. And dont get me started on Mandela ...
