I've worked with crane guys, they seemed semi-educated, but they knew their business, and wouldn't lift what they didn't believe they could do. Many of these appear to be a different story.
Sorry, but I didn't hear one word of English in that whole clip. Just because a Crane says "65 Tons" doesn't mean you can boom straight out 50 feet and lift 65 tons. You might be able to lift 2-tons if that. A little bit of knowledge is indeed a dangerous thing.
Looks like most of those incidents took place in what President Trump calls "third world shitholes".
