Ruth Bader Ginsburg Goes From Leftist Hero To Has-Been In One Interview

Ruth Bader Ginsburg is about to lose her feminist card. Ironically, it’s for departing from her usual legal schtick to reinforce that what the law says matters, instead of giving authorities license to do whatever the heck they want.

On Monday, Ginsburg reinforced previous assertions that the legal deadline for passing a 1970s and 1980s constitutional amendment to ignore sex distinctions has passed.

  1. Screw her, nasty old hag. Is that the face of an 85 year old? Don't tell me she doesn't eat baby liver and drink the blood from her abortion clinics every week.

  2. I'm thinking RBG didn't step down when Obama was President was because she wanted to select her replacement/she didn't like Obama's choice. She must have figured Hillary would have been more pliable and all she had to do was wait.

    Sucks to be her.

  3. I actually have no major dislike for RBG personally. She seems to have been a fairly decent, fun person. What I dislike is her approach to the law, but that is no different than any of the other activists justices.
The left could not get their ultra liberal policies past both houses of congress and the executive branch, so very many times. So what they learned to do was an end around the legislative route, and go straight to the courts, and get their liberal friends to either put laws on hold, or to totally write laws, such as the Brown v Board of Education, and others.
What I really love is that now that the Republicans finally have figured out the same strategy, and are packing the courts in the favor of the right, the left is screaming bloody murder. They even go so far as to bring out claim of rape against an obviously decent and qualified man, Justice Kavanaugh.
It started with Judge Bork, an extremely well qualified judge, who Teddy Kennedy decided he was going to sink, and did what ever he had to do, in order to accomplish it. Bork was probably the most qualified judge who never was on the Supreme Court. His only problem was that he was an originalist,a judge who believed that the constitution was the law of the land, and that it was not a living document, but a completed, well executed and planned out set of restraints on the government.
