'bout time. I wonder if any of the Demonrats are going to sue. I think maybe they've learned their lesson with all of the smack downs they've gotten from circuit courts and the SJC. Even the 9th circus has sided with the President on a couple of recent rulings.
Birdchaser, I share your concerns...according to Tucker last night, what got signed was a weaker version of the EO...this version allows for much of the H1 & H2 visa crap to continue. Do you know in India companies have made biz out of "buy a visa to work in the U.S." It needs to stop; what he signs affects maybe 10% of the problem. I'll all for talented foreigners emigrating if they want to do it through the front door, but we don't need no foreign ditch diggers, we have enough.
