  2. Can't Wordpress host it all? I guess I'm not as savvy as I thought I was. GoDaddy has things so screwed up I'm only looking at a blank screen and address bar.

I'll post this address over at Woodsterman for you.

  5. Reading one time comments by a US tanker in N. Africa against the Leopard's grandfather, something like: We shot at the panzer and it stopped. We thought it was out of action and went on. The panzer opened fire on us. After that, we shot them until they stopped and then we shot them until they burned.

  7. German designed and built. Of course it’s a great tank with optics/targeting system to just about guarantee a hit.

Now wondering who the “neutral” Swedes are going to fight.

  10. Fuck. 40 years ago when I was a mechanized grunt we had to worry about tanks shooting our APCs. Now the grunts have to worry about tanks shooting them.

  11. Seeing the mini-bus hit, it's good to know I'm not the only one who gets upset at soccer moms on the hy-way.
And now they have a cure!

  12. When son-in-law went through Basic, they taught how to dig foxholes.
When son went through Basic, they didn't.

I still have dad's combat engineer handbook that shows how to make over head cover for a foxhole.

    What's old is new again.

  13. Same 120mm gun as use on our M1 Abrams and the British MBT. Commonality and all that NATO shit. Some German Navy ships have a Leopard turret on deck.
