A 52-year-old driver stopped by Oregon state troopers Tuesday near Grants Pass told police he was driving home to Wisconsin.
Police said they eventually allowed the man to continue his journey, but not without a citation for illegal export of marijuana.

Selling drugs is an essential job for the left: "keep them high and keep them voting".
ReplyDeleteBesides that, police has better things to do like spy on ordinary citizens.
It's not against the law to have it in Oregon (or WA, CA, NV). I'll bet they forward all his info (via a back door) to someplace else where having it is against the law.
ReplyDeleteI don't believe that's true. It is not illegal to possess it in quantities for your own consumption (I forget the exact amount, but it's in the single digit number of pounds for a year's worth). But you have to be licensed by the state to sell or grow for more than just your own consumption. 132 lbs is WAY more than personal use, and he should have been arrested for possession with intent to distribute and not having a license for that. I live near Grants Pass, and the troopers there are hit & miss: sometimes they're cool, and sometimes they're jack-booted thugs. This guy must've gotten pulled over by a cop that just got laid, won the lottery, inherited a fortune, and just got high himself. I'll also bet that the 132 lbs didn't all make it into the evidence room...
DeleteUhmmm . . .? WTF? There's a whole lot of ignorance going on there. With the usual audience here, I don't need to elaborate. Know what I mean? Good grief. Sorry Rob, but seriously?
DeleteIt's for damned sure the Wisconsin police will be on the lookout for him now.
ReplyDeletePolice "noticed something was amiss and searched his car." 21st century probable cause?
