The State grounds are owned by the people. So taking it further I guess the gestapo can arrest you for demonstrating on your front lawn.
ReplyDeleteHow could this be a "lawful order" when it violates the public's Constitutional right to assemble? These state level folks need to read the Constitution, else their will be hell to pay!
