Putnam County, FL — Proportionately, cops kill far more dogs than they do people. It’s quite a strange phenomena because postal workers, UPS drivers, and food delivery drivers don’t seem to have the same problems with dogs like cops do. It’s so devious, the killing of family pets by those sworn to serve and protect the public, we actually keep an archive of stories of cops killing man’s best friend. But one cop learned the hard way shooting a dog can be dangerous. He shot himself instead of the dog.

Sadly, you are correct. As a general rule I support leo's. But when you shield anyone from the consequences of their actions. Bad behavior will ensue.
DeleteNothing happens to a cop for killing any dog, it's (generally) a freebie. Not so for any pro who delivers stuff, I wonder what they would say?
ReplyDeleteI have been bit by dogs twice, and yeah it hurts. But one dog is not likely to kill a grown man. Two or more dogs, maybe, but if a po-leece cannot take care of one dog without relying on a 9mm, he needs instruction on self-defense.
