    #4 Why would you leave Bill Gates alive? PUBLICLY hang him, then Draw and quarter him and send the pieces to the governors of NY, NJ, PA and especially MICHIGAN. With the the message Sic semper tyrannis (Thus always to Tyrants) make it by surface mail so the pieces are nice and ripe when they get to their destinations.
