At least on your local computer to get around this start browsing in 'private' mode. In Chrome - Control / Shift / N to launches a private browsing window. In Firefox - Control / Shift / P to launch a private browsing window. If you browse the Internet using Internet Explorer or Microsoft Edge, your stupid and deserve to get busted.

You can set Firefox to "Never Remember History" at Tools, Options, Privacy and Security, under the History sub heading select "Never Remember History" or you just clear your browser history and internet cache every time you close your browser. Yah it's a little bit of a pain in the azz, but safe enough.
