So let me get this straight. LAPD has been accosting people for violating the "quarantine". Yet these Barney Fifes were on a camping trip?

Camping trip my ass. It's been pretty hot lately. The high desert where this is, is dry and windy and hot right now. Hodges Road is just south of Stoddard and is a favorite shooting gallery on BLM land which attracts all types. Any sane person avoids the place during the week end. I think this was about the cops were scoping out bad guys from L.A.
