  1. "Victims?" That's what the reporter calls the juvenile dirt bike riders. I guess there is a new definition of "gun violence victim," somebody who sees a gun and is frightened. Speaking of -- In Sulphur Springs, Texas, a couple of days ago, travelers in an RV called police and said they needed to get a man to move his truck so they could get out of a parking lot, but they were afraid to talk to the man because he was wearing a knife on his hip. I hope the couple are not considering a move to Texas.

  2. I hope the guy filed a police report about the dirt bike riders' alleged threats. Otherwise, this asshat is guaranteed to go down for 'brandishing' at the very minimum. He'll probably go down for that anyway, but it might spare a worse charge.

Let's see, SgtBob, you're doing something someone disapproves of near their home. You hear shots fired, and it's obvious where they came from. You go to the house to find out what's going on, and the owner comes out and fires more shots from an AR-15 pointing somewhere more or less near you. What do you do? That surely a metric fuck-ton different than some couple scared of someone with a sheath-knife, don't you think? This Florida ass-clown will shoot someone he's annoyed with sooner or later.
