Damn, talk about a mean drunk

OMAHA, Neb. (WOWT) — An Omaha man was arrested early Saturday after police said he doused a downtown bar with pepper spray after being turned away, sending the patrons inside into the streets.

Ryan Shuffty, 37, was booked into the Douglas County Jail for disorderly conduct and two counts of assault.

    Pepper spray? They sure he just didn't fart? OH it was pepper spray dispensed from a taco and cerveza digestive waste aerosol container.
