Authorities arrested a suspect believed to have shot a man in the head Sunday night with an arrow in Fort Walton.
Matthew Ross Peters was arrested Tuesday and faces charges of aggravated battery with a deadly weapon, one count of firing a deadly missile into a moving vehicle and possession of methamphetamine, according to Fort Walton Beach Police.
