At my junior high the girls wore dresses or skirts, except when in gym class when they were required to wear a district mandated red top and red shorts. Never heard any bitching and crying about how oppressive that was-people had functioning brains way back then-even the principal.
Defense of sex roles turned out to be a lot more important that just pants. Repeal the 19th! My wife, sister, and mother all agree and they are no wall flowers.
Shoulda got 30 days for those eyebrows.
